The Riveter, a modern union for working women, held their first ever conference in November 2019 at Highline Stages in New York. As a Project Manager at Design Foundry, Rhonda collaborated with a team of design experts to create the concept for the stage, and scenic design at the conference. Rhonda also served as Project Manager on site, managing a team of 6 crew to execute the design build. This conference consisted of (3) custom stage backdrops, (2) custom step & repeats, and an experiential marketing gallery wall. See below for sample renderings for reference.
